Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These terms cover use of the NGT Chain website, the HTTP 402 gateway, and card checkout for NGT. The site is served at www.ngtchain.com and ngt-x402-gateway.onrender.com.
1. Service
NGT Chain operates an HTTP 402 payment gateway on Base mainnet, chain ID 8453. An unpaid request to GET /v1/agent/stream receives a payment challenge. A valid EIP-3009 authorization for 0.001 NGT is submitted on Base, and the gateway opens the stream slot. The token contract is 0xc97b05F2F68D5CED7aB65F83ab5f4f7A64d9CC44.
2. Purchases and payments
Card checkouts are processed by Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record. The catalog prices are $20 for 8 NGT, $50 for 20 NGT, and $100 for 40 NGT, at $2.50 per NGT. NGT is sent on Base to the wallet address entered at checkout.
3. Wallets
You are responsible for the destination address you enter. NGT Chain does not hold or store your private keys. A transfer to an address you do not control cannot be reversed by the gateway.
